Couldn't decide between their chicken and burger initially and ended up ordering both. The Great American Burger really does lived up to its name, consisting of a double patty of short rib, brisket and chuck blend, house smoked pork belly, American cheese and special sauced sandwiched between two very lightly toasted bun. Ahh, quite the feast for a meat lover. Utterly juicy and tender, I'm surprised the patty did not dropped all over the place and end up in a mess. I love it that they separated the veggie from the burger, so carnivores like me can enjoy burger the way we love it - veggie-less. With a large serving of fries at the side, it really does complete the whole American burger deal.⁣⁣
