Consist of: Buta Karubi (US pork belly), Buta Kata-Rosu (Iberian pork loin), Tontoro (Iberian pork cheek) and Secreto (Iberian pork short ribs)
Even though they are known for beef, but I usually would go for a set of pork just to “take a break” from too much red meats. They served Iberican pork, which are damn flavorful and juicy (cooked medium rare). I love how they served them lightly salted and peppered, so we could taste the pork itself after being grilled. A perfect dish to pair with whiskey! 😋

Overall, I do enjoyed the selections of the beefs in Aburiya just the service from the trainee were pretty unknowledgeable and they kept forgetting water and also forgotten to confirm our order. But they are just trainees, so no complaints. This is definitely a place I would recommend if you love to grilled your own meats over charcoal and have some “boothy” privacy with your best friend.
