From the casual to fine dining concepts, the restaurant group has put together a variety of dishes to suit all reunions and gatherings. The Chinese New Year dining will commence from 17 January and set menus for up to five persons are available. Reservations can be made via the below link from 6 December 2021 while festive takeaway goodies can be pre-ordered via the estore and outlets from 6 December 2021 to 15 February 2022.

Festive dishes that will be part of the lineup include the Opulence 3-Head Abalone Yusheng ($128/$198), available at all fine dining restaurants, a vibrant and healthful assortment of ingredients that include red dragonfruit, dried yuzu peel, Japanese pickled sweet ginger and crowned with lightly torched Australian abalone slices, jellyfish and ikura. Crystal Jade Palace will also be offering the Double-Boiled Kampong Chicken with American Sea Whelk and Tiger Palm Mushroom Soup ($28), Pan-Fried Sea Cucumber Stuffed with Kurobuta Pork, Black Moss, Chinese Iron Yam and Scallion ($48) and Crisp-Fried Brussel Sprouts with Fresh Silken Beancurd Skin ($12). From Crystal Jade Dining IN which focuses on classic Chinese dishes, you can get the tangy yet spicy Steamed Chilean Cod Fish with Red and Green Chilli in Puning Sauce ($22.80). From the casual dining concepts, diners can look forward to dishes such as Steamed Salted Chicken with Ginger and Scallion Sauce ($20.80/$39.80).

To round off the meal on a sweet note, get the Deep-Fried Pumpkin Ball with Lava Salted Egg Yolk ($9.80 for 3 pcs) from Crystal Jade Golden Palace, the Crispy Pandan Glutinous Rice Cake ($12.80 for 6 pcs) from Crystal Jade Palace and the Yuzu Mandarin Orange Jelly ($23.80). The jelly is part of the festive takeaway goodies that you can order from the estore and collect from 10 January 2022.
