Injeolmi is a kind of Korean rice cake that tastes a bit to me like muah chee. This was a generous portion and came with heaps of soybean powder and almond toppings, but rather pricey at $14.90 (although I suppose bingsu usually hovers around this price). I've been to the outlet at Burghley Drive and the decor of the cafe is pretty similar, pretty cosy. I wouldn't say this is the best bingsu I've tried in SG though...
