𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙬𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙, 𝙞𝙨 𝙄𝙘𝙚 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢. 🍭🧇

Nestled in a quiet corner of Faber Drive, is a cosy nook serving up the brilliant pairing of Ice Cream, Waffles and Coffee.

A collab between @gelatolabo and @glassroasters , this café exudes total chill-out vibes and feels almost like one of those little hidden cafés that I love in Korea, right down to the pastel decor and seamless display of 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙠 figurines.

Most importantly, they serve up delicious gelato for dessert, and I was elated to find a 🥂𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙘𝙤 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮🍓 & 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙅𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙮 pairing, which I have an incredibly soft spot for. Deliciously refreshing and aromatic, I especially loved the 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙅𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙮 🌹 bits which were slightly chewy and gave the Gelato a really nice contrast of textures.

🍃𝙍𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙤 - I've had this countless times, and is one of our go-to flavours here.

🍡🧇𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝 𝙏𝙤𝙠𝙮𝙤 𝙈𝙤𝙘𝙝𝙞 𝙒𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 - Not sure why there is a 𝙏𝙤𝙠𝙮𝙤 in its name, but this baby is filled with smooth, stretchy Mochi hidden within that light, fluffy exterior. Sooooo good paired with sweet and creamy gelato. 🤤🤤

Would recommend driving or taking a Grab here, since it's kinda out of the way, but that's part of the charm of this quiet little neighbourhood. 🥰
