Meet the two months old @Preludio.SG at Frasers Tower.

This is one of the fun dish in the 8-course degustation menu, the Peek-a-boo is a beautiful surprise. The ingredients beneath are covered completely by the white rice cracker, where you get a delicious mix of Chinese and Jerusalem artichoke on a bed of egg yolk emulsion with subtle hints of yuzu flavour.
