We were just amazed how this SambalKuroRibs was priced below $10. Iberico pork ribs steamed overnight in sambal marinate and aburi-ed with Buah Keluah. The taste was so addictive and meat so tender it was readily off-the-bone.
The LaksaVongole was another dish below $10 and strong in flavour. The Korean clams were served in lemak Laksa sauce that went aptly well. It came with steamed Mantou although we would prefer fried ones to go with the Laksa sauce, much like those chilli crab dip.
Overall, both these were distinct and strong in flavours they would actually go very well with some rice or even Wanton Mee style noodles, although they were meant to be eaten on their own. Keep up the tasty and good value-for-money stuff guys.
