Inspired by the lobster roll, the Bun Bun Crab Duo will be a tribute to our renowned chilli and black pepper crab, and for this roll, you will be getting snow and blue swimmer crab shreds in both flavours stuffed inside a single bun. Expect a savoury sweet flavour from the red side while the black side packs an aromatic spicy punch. Served with coleslaw and fries, this is a “zhng-ed” version of a seafood roll that you can complete with an order of a Kopi Chendol, made from Singapore’s favorite green pandan jelly, a dash of gula melaka and mixed in with coconut milk and an espresso concoction.
