This is like french breakfast with an asian twist- the silky scrambled egg contains chili and leek, and is paired with bacons and a croissant to make a hearty breakfast. Something that I would like to highlight would be the croissant; flaky exterior and the dough is slightly on the chewy side, elevating the texture of the croissant. Overall, not too bad a dish but lack the surprise factor for me. Many cafes can easily replicate this dish.
