These exquisite culinary creations was prepared with some of the best produce and harvests sourced directly from Japan, by Joshua Brown of Cut by Wolfgang Puck, Ryan Clift of Tippling Club, and special guest chef Akira Nakamura of Chisoh Nakamura from Japan. I had so much of it, there's also wagyu sando.

But I was there for sake, my favourite type of alcohol. It was a sake event by Mead, featuring some of the best sake and sochu from respected sake masters and sochu distillers in Japan.
