Steak from Black Angus

We were invited to a media event at Orchard Rendezvous hotel formerly Orchard parade.

The caterer is from Black Angus downstairs. A top steak restaurant in town. This slice of medium done steak at the ribs is excellent. As good as some of the top steak restaurant in Singapore.

The meat is juicy and cooked well. We prefer the reddish soft texture seen here. We rate this steak 8.5/10
