There is no debate: Shuu undoubtedly makes the best choux in Singapore! The puff was light, porous and just thick enough to contain the refreshing cream within...and the cream. Oh heavens, THE CREAMY CUSTARD! How can something be simultaneously heavy yet light, rich yet mild, and so deeply satisfying?!? On a physical level, it was like tasting fluffy ice cream, and on a spiritual one, it was basically free falling through an endless loop of absolute zen. If you have a sweet tooth, PLEASE put eating this choux on your bucket list because only then can you die happy!!!
