Truffle infused scrambled eggs sandwiched between a toasted buttery croissant and served with side salad, I added on a beef sausage for an extra protein component.
The scrambled eggs were fluffy with a distinct, lingering albeit subtle truffle aroma that was a pleasant sensation to the palate. The toasted butter crossaint had a crisp and flaky golden brown exterior with a lingering butter fragrance in its soft, pillowy interior 💖. The beef sausage was long and thick, flavourful and umami-packed that makes a great companion to the truffle scrambled eggs crossaint. A decent and comforting brunch, coupled with a great ambience that I wouldn’t mind having repeated visits if only prices were less steep😌 .
