Char Siew and Roasted Pork Rice Bowl ($9.8)

I never thought char siew could be this good until I tried it at Fook Kin.

Ordered a combo of char siew and roasted pork but I prefer the char siew so much more. There is a crisp to the char siew and there is a layer of fat inside the meat, making it the perfect piece of char siew. It comes with hainan rice and lava egg making it the β€˜atas’ version of roasted meat rice bowl. My friends who ordered 3 combo: char siew, roasted pork and duck also agreed that char siew is the most special and the duck is worth to try.

While the roasted pork is good, it is nothing special and you can find it at a normal hawker stall.

Must order the char siew if u do come by this restaurant.
