Their traditional Chinese flatbread is baked at 300 deg within the specially imported terra-cotta ovens to achieve the authenticity of its origins๐ it comes in 4 flavors: golden pork, heebee hiam, salted egg chicken floss and gula melakaโค๏ธ my personal favorite is the bee bee hiam (spicy prawn ๐ฆ) they fried the filling themselves ~ the savoury spice goes amazingly with the crispy crust - addictive with every bite๐คฉ you can complete your meal with their speciality red dates milk tea series!
