Located along Middle Road (a stone’s throw away from Mellower Coffee), HAYO is a newly opened yogurt bar that serves handcrafted yogurt beverages made from scratch using 100% Australian premium cow milk and various flavourful ingredients.

My favourites are the Avo-Cardio ($7.70) and Peachy Paradise. The former is thick and creamy, and hits you with a luscious mouthfeel while the latter is sweet and refreshing with a well balanced peach and yogurt flavour. The yogurt beverages here are ideal for a healthy meal replacement, a guilt-free midday snack, or a nutritious accompaniment to any meal.

Each cup also comes with a leafy green homemade shortbread cookie that you can either have by itself or dip in your beverage.
