These ice cream like sorbets got me confused yet pleasantly surprised. @AlferoGelato gave an almost new definition to what sorbet could possibly be! Despite its creamy and smooth texture, it’s 96% fat free and peeps with lactose-intolerant condition or allergy to dairy are able to indulge in it. The other best part is – no preservatives or artificial stuff are added to maintain the smoothness.
