Coconut dessert? You are wrong. It’s Thai otak aka Hommok in the coconut shell. Besides the usual minced fish meat that is commonly found in otah. You will spot slices of coconut flesh with seafood surprises eg. prawn and squid bites in every mouthful! There is also traces of turmeric powder that leaves a little earthy aroma note on the after-taste. Definitely one of a kind!
.
Hommok (Thai Otak) at S$18.
