I never see $2.50 Lor Mee (cheap thrills mood) and I felt that Lor Mee got strong herbal taste but quite salty aftertaste. I did want to order $2.50 Lor Mee but I saw people order his fried fish (for takeaway to put separate on the paper) and decided on ordering fried fish instead. I felt that fried fish got a lot of batter so batter > fried fish? so I cannot be picky on Lor Mee in terms of taste and size as different places got different styles of preparing and cooking on it. that's why I never put on ratings on all foods that I tried and usually give the feedbacks or opinions about it most of time. But I realised that I went for takeaway as the gravy for lor mee went hardy (that's why I want people to separate the gravy and noodle when takeaway Lor Mee) and got a bit hard time to mix noodles with gravy well. :"(
