Being a huge fan of houjicha, I must admit that this was unfortunately a letdown. Despite having a smooth, creamy and melt-in-the mouth texture which I adore, the houjicha flavour was rather weak and only distinctive albeit subtleon my first mouth. The roasted flavour faded off almost instantly, just like my anticipation and excitement for itπ. Would have been great if the houjicha flavour was more distinct, intense and lingering π .
