This was actually my favourite dish because their scrambled eggs were so delightfully fluffy. I had never pinned myself previously as a “pay $9 for eggs at a café” type of person, but it was the most well-seasoned and creamy scrambled eggs I‘ve eaten outside. The eggs, sprinkled with paprika, generously coated the chewy toasted sourdough from Burnt Ends and went amazingly well with the poppy seed mustard that was spread on the toast. This was quite a welcome surprise, since the mustard was not listed in the menu and the combination actually worked quite well. The dish also came with a side salad of spinach, sliced radishes and cherry tomatoes, and other greens, which were tossed in a sharp citrus dressing.
