Brunched at Plentyfull recently and I had the Plentyfull Pancakes ($14) with chantilly cream and stewed and seasonal fruits topping ($8). The pancakes are incredibly soft and fluffy and not greasy at all. They go very well with the French butter, Canadian maple syrup, chantilly cream and fruits topping - love it! We also ordered the Carbonara ($22) to share, and it is very rich and creamy even though the pasta is tossed in egg yolk without cream. The house bacon is abit salty, but the creaminess helps to balance it out. Very pleased with brunch at Plentyfull:)!
