Got this from the Vietnamese stall at the corner on the first row. Pleasantly surprised! Generous amounts of chewy beef slices (I like my beef slices with a bit of bite) in contrast to the soft kway teow soaked in the intensely flavoured soup. Add chilli flakes for a kick and the lime for a refreshing lunch treat!
