Is this cocktail floating on water? I tried to create a photographic illusion, but definitely not as successful as how new Head Bartender Jorge Conde @jotacecrea has created with his new series of cocktails, "Illusion of Flavours".

Jorge has curated a collection of cocktails influenced by his love for the arts that stay true to the Smoke & Mirrors name, combining spirits and magical illusions while pushing the boundaries of expectations with modern techniques.

Pictured is Jack of the Jungle, using sugar cane spirit, a blend of spices, jackfruit and a 48 hour fermented agave. The drinks we tried are complex, yet very well-balanced. Certainly not an easy feat.

And besides the drinks, destination rooftop bar Smoke & Mirrors @smokeandmirrorsbarsg has an awesome view of the marina bay. Certainly a charmer.
