Totally didn't expect this unassuming plate of white-style, dry-ish bee hoon to taste as good as it did. Arriving in a cloud of smoky aroma, it was appetisingly fried with plenty of crispy "ikan bilis" and chopped up vegetables such as potatoes and fat beansprouts.
