Roasted duck with a herbal twist, but still yummy nonetheless. And fyi, I'm NOT a fan of herbal soups, or anything with a strong herbal smell for that matter. The duck meat was succulent, slightly fatty and very fragrant. The duck skin was paper thin and crispy, drizzled with Dan gui herbal sauce.
