While we waited close to an hour for our mains to be served on a packed Saturday night, I devoured these brain like dumplings in glee washing it down with my stale leftover Chardonnay.

Tortellini stuffed with ground beef, mushrooms, slow cooked bone marrow and water chestnut. Served in rich beef broth and fried shallot- as written in the menu description. All I can say it sure tasted the part with an umami broth I craved, and if better beef was incorporated this has potential of a knock out item to have.
