I.. I can't begin to comprehend the awe-inspiring Thai Milk Tea Bingsu from @ChickandKen here. It was marvelous. As I sat in the cool small space of the Korean fried chicken store, I savoured the snowy, icy bingsu lovingly draped in ribbons of condensed milk and Thai Milk Tea syrup. As it melted slowly, it turned into a refreshing slushie, taking me back to a quiet afternoon in Krabi. The red Ruby, cold and almost frozen in the bingsu was a welcomed chewy distraction from the noise around me. The cornflakes crunched as I faintly fit a fairly large spoonful of bingsu into my mouth. But then... It came. A cube of gelatin, hard and crumbly - like overdone agar agar. It's subtle Thai milk tea flavour overwhelmed by the revolting texture. Pui! Pui! I picked them out and continued eating my bingsu. Ah... Sweet, delicate, icy bliss once more.
