Probably all-time.
The stall uses plain hard boiled egg instead of braised egg. The thick starchy gravy slowly dissolved into tasty slurpable soup that's super addictive. I always finish the gravy without fail! The noodles were cooked just right and didn't turn too soft. I especially liked the fried fritters that really soaked up the gravy, yummm. The addition of garlic, vinegar, and chilli really rounded up the dish.
Another special mention for this stall is how uncle and his family who run the stall are always so smiley and friendly. Warm tummy, warm hearts 😊
