Did you know that A Noodle Story cooks their pork belly char siew for 36 hours using the sous vide method? No wonder these smooth, succulent slices are so tender and melt in your mouth!

Although $9 may seem pricey for a wanton mee, I think it is worth every cent. It’s like a Singapore-style ramen, with springy noodles, wanton dumplings generously stuffed with prawns, melt-in-the-mouth tender slices of char siew, deep fried prawn and a runny ramen egg. If we’re willing to pay $12+ for Japanese ramen, $9 is definitely worth it for this bowl of Singapore-style ramen!

Especially during these tough times, let’s support our local F&B outlets and hawkers by ordering takeaway or delivery! Stay strong and take care everyone 💪🏼💕
