By using soy milk instead of fresh milk, it results in the coffee having a slight tartness and thicker mouthfeel which elevates the boldness and nuttiness from the blend. On a side note, the passionfruit Danish is absolutely delish, with the perfect buttery crust and tangy flow of the passionfruit curd
