This cake contains Swensen's amalgamation of strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream cloaked in orange fondant. Very old school mix of the three flavours that reminds me of my happy younger days, and it still works for me now cos the chocolate balanced the sweetness of the vanilla and strawberry. Certainly, this #happinessnevermelts.
