One thing that makes their gelatos stand out are the artisanal locally-inspired flavours, in which the botanical ingredients are gently infused. My favourite so far is definitely the ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐—ป, as the natural grassiness was distinctive yet subtle enough that it wasnโ€™t too overwhelming to finish the entire scoop. The other one I really loved was the ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜‚๐˜ ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐˜ that was light and refreshing on the palate.

Another pull factor is definitely the freshly handmade cones (you can watch them make it from the glass window) that attracted me in the first place. The crispy cones have hints of thyme, making that extra dollar super worth it.

Quick notes on the other flavours that I tried:
- ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ผ: very smooth, earthy and rich - yums!
- ๐—น๐˜†๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฟ๐˜†: tangy sweetness with fruity and floral drops, above average
- ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฎ-๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜ ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ท๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฎ: too roasted and bitter for my liking, would skip
- ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ท๐—ฎ: reminded me of Nutella, a bit too rich for me

The only downside is that there is a constant queue and you canโ€™t try the flavour before making up your mind
