This was the Baconizer, with pork patty switched for beef upon request, layered with bacon and crispy cheddar . My first time here and likely not the last. Burgers made fresh to order, took some time to arrive but the steaming juicy patty was worth the wait. Patty size a little modest although after eating some sides (I got the pork nuggets they call Porkets) you'd be feeling full anyway. The signature sauce is what sets them apart, creamy but also tangy and sweet. Charcoal bun a bit dense for my liking but this would be a personal preference.
