I've never been a huge fan of keisuke chain (I like hamburg keisuke only) and this one is also a little weird for me. The meat is great quality for the price. However, the egg is not the traditional raw egg but an onsen egg (too cooked for dipping so you can only upend it over the rice). Also the default doneness is medium, and they refused to do it med rare 🙄🙄 personally I will stick to traditional DIY Sukiyaki where I can control my own doneness, but this is fine if you need a quick sukiyaki fix.
