The Italian sausage tagliatelle is likewise a red sauced pasta, and gives off a similar vibe to the Italian meatball pasta. Personally, I preferred the Italian meatball pasta โ€” simply because I enjoyed the texture of the soft and tender meatballs more. Don't get me wrong, the Italian sausage was great in its own right. It was flavourful, and texture was on the tougher side. So I would probably think that whether you want the Italian sausage/meatball or al ragu even, it really boils down to personal preference!
