Blue pea pasta, aglio olio style. Texturally aldente with a gentle nuttyness. A burst of a tad malaish heat from the sichuan garlic oil, saltyness of lapcheong and a somewhat mini explosion of a tinge of fishy tobiko. Crunchy prawns added a touch of umaminess. Whole dried chillis gave it abit more of a firecracking mouthfeel.

It does not have a distinct blue pea-ish color, more of a purplish grey. It is a pleasant twist of east meets west fusion.

Pasta Supremo is opened by the same people behind @thesaltedplumsg . It is located on the ground floor of Suntec City West Wing, across from Gudetama cafe.
