Haven't been here in a really long time and finally back for dinner cause a friend was craving for this soup! Crabs were plump and freshly sweet, swimming in a milky, buttery and umami soup. Once you start slurping the bee hoon soaked in this luscious concoction, it's hard to stop. You can top up $5 for more soup and $3 for more noodles which I highly recommend (if you're in a group of ~4 onwards) to avoid a war breaking out haha! Mellben serves crabs in a variety of other styles as well, such as Butter, Salted Egg, Claypot Curry, with Braised Bee Hoon and etc.
