Heard a lot about this and now it’s nearer home so came to try. It’s really a different pot of soup from other ramen. The combination of lemon butter and oyster paste kept the soup consistently full of oyster flavour. Two pluses are the char sio is thin and tender and the soup is not overwhelmingly salty unlike most ramen I had. Great ramen.
