It was our second visit here and am super super glad we tried out the cone this time 🍦 We usually opt for cups over cones because it’s quite a hassle but to our surprise it was not a messy experience at all - the cone was really crispy and it comes off cleanly when you bite it off! In fact it remained crispy even when the ice cream started to melt - most cones would turn slightly soggy by then but this was really robust and we could still crunch on it all the way to the last bite 😋 It had really unique buttery undertones that blended so well with their Brown Butter Sage. Don’t think we’ve enjoyed an ice cream cone this much in our lives 😂

In other news, we managed to sample more flavours at the parlour this time so if you’re looking for a recommendation, they have two awesome kinds of Pistachio (the Classic and the Roasted) 🥜 and a surprising harmony of sweet and sour gelato with their Rhubarb Buttermilk, whereas the Brown Butter Sage was a delightful brown sugar-like dessert. The Lavender wasn’t spectacular, but it was very pleasant to taste and we think it would go really well with the cone 🤤
