For $88, guests can choose a main course of their choice (you won't go wrong with their pastas) and then run wild through the massive spread of Italian cheeses, cold cuts and desserts. The buffet Basilissimo, otherwise known as the Best of Basilico ($88, $92 for festive spread), is head chef Luca Beccalli's way of bringing Italian dishes closer to us, with the offerings rotating once every quarter. All throughout the year, Basilissimo has been showcasing signature dishes with influence from the different mountains and seas of Italy, giving you good reason to visit and re-visit.
