Just look at how thin & crispy the skin is - can you hear the crunch already! 🤩 As some1 who abhors fatty meats, I truly appreciate that it was just a thin layer of fat beneath that pretty golden brown skin, just sufficient to maintain the moisture & juice for a tantalising bite! 😋😋😋 The meat beneath the crispy crackling skin was quite tender as well.
