The restaurant insists on using only fresh chicken and this clearly is the x-factor for me as the succulent and tender meat with the crispy skin is the winner for me. Served with an onset egg, this chicken rice dish is not your average run-off-the-mill version but a premiumized one that actually works. Besides this main, Le Coq will also be launching new dishes such as the Beef Crispy Rice ($28) and Ribs & Rice ($18) that will cater to a wider audience.
