Had the chance to do a short interview and published my first map with a list of dishes with truffle in Singapore!
Featuring the Egg & Truffle Mousseline ($4) - served atop egg tray and the creamy and fluffy egg white melt in your mouth with a robust truffle aroma. The lip-smacking dish was further topped with decadent black caviar, resulting in a savoury finishing.
