Serving as great one-bite treats, each of @rachelrax Mini Tart ($27.80/12pcs) was distinct and packed quite a burst of flavours. The assorted tarts were on the small side but just enough to satisfy one’s sweet tooth.

And so, what they had on their weekly rotation were Ondeh Ondeh, Orh Nee, Cookies ’n Cream, Genmaicha Crunch, Lychee Rose, Passionfruit Mango and Earl Grey Lavender. My favourites being their Ondeh Ondeh and Genmaicha Crunch. With a myriad of textures and all familiar combination, the pandan custard was fragrant and not cloyingly sweet which coupled well with the Gula Melaka Coconut Flakes.

Similarly, the Genmaicha Crunch had that extra oomph from the bits of Hazelnut Feuilletine sprinkled atop. Encased with a slight crumbly tart shell, the roasted and toasted taste of the tea-flavoured ganache was still pretty pronounced though mellowed down with the addition of callebaut white chocolate.
