Show em who's boss!

Instead of the signature Boss Rib Ramen, I ordered and preferred the Black Garlic version which in comparison I felt had a more flavourful broth with the added fragrance of garlic and sesame oil. The noodles were well-cooked and so was the egg however the big boss was definitely the ribs. Slow-cooked and glazed with their in-house yakitori sauce, the tender flame-grilled pork ribs were pretty darn good with their tantalising smoky flavour.
