The King Kong Bowl is served with negitoro, 2 slices of bluefin tuna belly and ikura. As with their bowls, the fragrant truffle rice base has a good mix of ebiko and furikake for enhanced texture. We also liked the addition of jellyfish, seaweed and pickles as sides for a refreshing change in between mouths. However, while the negitoro was fresh, the tuna slices weren’t the best of quality and were a little tough to chew on. I’d say that their Mentaiko Salmon ($10.90) bowl would be a better bet!
