四川辣子鸡 (Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken) it's extreme shiok and hot dish for mala lovers but for me, I just felt wow and busted out while trying to eat and chew the crispy chicken. We tried to dip crispy chicken with vinegar to reduce level for hot. Oh yes, I accidentally eaten Sichuan Pepper known as 花椒 and felt numb on the nerves of my face. :") Never really enjoy this mala dish at all because I'm not a fan of spicy food.
