Aburi Mentai Bara Chirashi Don @hokkaidoyasg 🗻 Sushi rice topped with a mix of sashimi, egg, prawn, ikura, tobiko, housemade mentaiko mayo & lightly torched 🍚🐟🦐 .

The mentaiko is flavourful, but does not overpower the rest of the ingredients. I like ❤

• 🇸🇬 Hokkaido-Ya • Featuring Mentai Salmon Don👏🏻👏🏻 Such a common dish in Japanese restaurants & Hokkaido-Ya does it pretty well.

[Truffle Salmon Don-$10.90]

Truffle smell wasn’t very strong when i got my food, but the taste is definitely stronger than the smell.
