Perhaps the only kind of bikini I care about, Jam At SIRI HOUSE’s rendition of the classic spanish sandwich was an easy favourite at our table. Finished in mere seconds, the elevated grilled cheese arrived in four delicate triangles, all pipping hot accompanied by a gentle whiff of truffle. At $16, it may be a little hard to swallow but each bite into the stack of cured meats loaded with a delightful trio of gouda, mozzarella and scamorza was simply heavenly. The toasted milk bread also proved to be a satisfying vessel, offering a slight crisp and a buttery note.
